Personal Information

Family Information
I grew up in a great Christian home where God was and is first priority. I never missed a Sunday service unless I was deathly sick or out of town. My parent’s names are Eddie and Debbie. I have one older sister named Rebecca who is now married to my brother in-law Joey Lee and they now have a one year old baby girl named Mykah Grace.

Personal Testimony
Before I got saved, I went to church every Sunday. One day I told my dad that I needed to be saved. We talked about it. I knew I was a sinner. We prayed together. I asked Jesus to come into my life and save me. On Sunday, April 14th, 1991, I went forward and made my decision public. That night I was baptized.

Calling Testimony
In my ninth grade year of junior high, I began to feel God calling me into the ministry. I unfortunately ignored the thought and went on about my way. The thought never left my mind. A year went by and I began my tenth grade year of high school and I still felt a nudge in my heart. I was the most miserable person in the world. I did not have other clear options or a peace about any other career.
I knew what God wanted me to do but I did not want to surrender because of the accountability that came with the calling. God quickly got my attention and I surrendered to full-time ministry. Since I surrendered, I realize and live everyday knowing that God knows what is best for my life.

Ministry Objective
To fulfill the burning passion God has placed in me to shepherd students into a continuous and loving relationship with Jesus Christ.

Statement of Faith
(These core beliefs make up the foundation upon which my ministry endeavors are based)

I Believe:

The Bible to be the infallible Word of God that it is His holy and inspired Word, and that it is of supreme and final authority.

In one God, eternally existing in three persons- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary.

He led a sinless life, took on Himself all of our sins, died and rose again, and is seated at the right hand of the Father as our mediator and advocate.

That all men everywhere are lost and face the judgment of God, and need to repent from their sins and come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through His shed blood on the cross.

That Christ rose from the dead and is coming soon.

In holy Christian living, and that we must have concern for the hurts and social needs of our fellowmen.

We must dedicate ourselves anew to the service of our Lord and to His authority over our lives.

In using every modern means of communication available to us to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world.
